To begin with Am new to blogging. Friends if I am wrong somewhere guide me.
First experience i would like to share is about my exeperience as a recruiter.
Inspite of sending resumes industry wise matched, skill wise matched candidates to the Company, it is unique experience of mine that HR Head for reasons known to him asked irrelevant questions to candidates. Skill : HR, questions can be generalistic but when it technical it has to be related to relevant skill. Why this behaviour is stunning to me.
